"Walk Away" is a song by American singer Kelly Clarkson on her second album, Breakaway (2004), and was the album's fifth and final single.

"Walk Away" debuted on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 at number ninety-seven on the chart dated January 21, 2006. The single premiered on the Canadian BDS Airplay chart on January 28 at number 100.

 

"Walk Away" became Breakaway's first release to fail to achieve top ten status on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number twelve. A popular radio recurrent, it spent the longest number of weeks after its peak to exit the Hot 100 of any Breakaway single. "Walk Away" left the Billboard top fifty on August 10, and on the Hot 100 2006 year-end chart, it was ranked forty-fifth. It became a top ten hit in Canada.

 

In the United Kingdom, where the single's video became available on television music channels seven days before the single release, the song debuted and peaked at number twenty-one, and in Australia, it reached number twenty-seven—the peak positions in those countries were lower than those for the album's previous singles.
